FIREARM TRANSFERS

TRANSFER FEES:

$65.00 for each firearm
$40.00 for First responders, LEO (with valid ID)
$95.00 for Class Three items

Terms and Conditions:

Firearm Arrival & Logging:
Once your firearm arrives at Celina Gun Shop, we will log it into our Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) record book to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 24 hours for processing before picking up your firearm. The delivery notice from your carrier does not mean your transfer has been completed. We will contact you once your firearm is ready for pickup.

Notification of Arrival:
You may receive a notification from your shipping carrier indicating that your firearm has been delivered to us. However, we kindly request up to 24-48 hours from the delivery time to process the transfer within our system.

Liability:
Celina Gun Shop is not responsible for any damage, missing components, or lost firearms shipped to us for transfer. Please ensure that your firearm is properly packaged and insured during shipping.


Storage Fees & Transfer Policies:

Storage Fees:
Transfers not picked up within 15 days from the delivery date will incur a $45.00 storage fee.

Late Transfers:
After 15 days, transfers will incur the $45.00 transfer fee plus an additional $5.00 per day until the transfer is completed or a maximum of 90 days.

Abandoned Property:
Any transfer that is not picked up within 90 days from the delivery date will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of Celina Gun Shop. We make every effort to contact the customer and the shipping FFL prior to charging storage fees or deeming the transfer abandoned.

Return Shipping:
Transfers that require return shipping will incur a $45.00 return shipping fee. This fee must be paid in full before the firearm is returned.
